Coriander
Love it or hate it – coriander is a feathery floral plant in the parsley family. And yes, the round seeds, the ground curry addition and this herb are all one. The genetic dislike of coriander found by a small percentage of people is true but complex. this image if of the beautiful and equally yummy coriander flower.
Its medicinal uses include anxiety, indigestion, parasite infections, easing IBS and skin irritation.
Coriander is delicate and best eaten within the first 5 days of being cut.
For breakfast – finely chop and add to scrambled eggs, avocado and a lime slice for a Mexican twist to get you going.
