Mint
Synonymous with summer and Pimm’s mint can come in lots of different flavours and we like to mix it up for you. Applemint has round silvery leaves and spearmint has spiky leaves. We’re being told that to eating different colours and textures is necessary for good gut health so why not mix up your mints. If kept in water mint will often sprout a root and bam you have a new plant.
Mint tea does wonders for your digestion and mint generally is said to boost your immune system and is full of antioxidants.
Breakfast to bedtime – Mint tea is both relaxing and good for your digestion and sleep. Just put a few leaves in hot water and leave to steep.

Spicing up the simple - Add mint to a hot chocolate for that mint-choc flavour or with strawberries in a fruit salad.
