FRESH CUT HERBS
FROM OUR BEDS TO YOUR BOWLS
Rosemary
a strongly scented woody herb that often puts people off with its enthusiasm, it’s been used by people for over 7,000 years.
It’s a good source of iron and calcium and is also reputed to give neurological protections.
Rosemary will last well in water and often throw down some roots if pushed into a pot of compost. Cut it finely and with salt to bring out the oils.
Breakfast with spiced up carbs: sprinkle with some water on top of your focaccia or even nann bread from last night before warming in the oven and using for breakfast.
One for all the family: Rosemary is famous for being added to roast lamb. Carefully jab your lamb all over with a sharp knife and then insert garlic and rosemary springs before roasting.
